Adeline insisted on carrying my Bible and journal into church this morning. I thought she looked so cute, I had to take a picture.

So happy to see Uncle Colby again.

We had an Easter Egg Hunt at church this morning. I was excited that Adeline would actually be able to "hunt" for eggs this year, but she wouldn't bend down and pick up the eggs. She would just point at an egg and I would pick it up and give it to her and she would put it in her basket. Courtney and the boys came and so did Kyle, Jenny and Charlotte. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun.

Eventually she realized there was candy inside the eggs.

This is the only egg that Adeline actually picked up. I guess she liked that it was up on a pole.

Near the end of the Easter Eggstravaganza, Morgan, Sara, Esther and Anna showed up. They had just flown in from Asia. We were so happy to see them and welcome them home.

Afterward, we headed out to the Mattson's to spend time with Esther and Anna. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed playing outside. Adeline got lots of attention from the older kids and was taken on lots of rides in the wagon and on the JEEP. We are so blessed to have such great cousins who love to play with our girl.

Adeline got to participate in her first Sparky Fun Fair tonight. Since Kira and Jenna were going to be there, we decided to stop by. Adeline enjoyed visiting the popcorn station where Uncle Len was willing to give her as much popcorn as she wanted.

We wish we could spend every Wednesday night with our cousins.

a fun day with the family

Today was Family Day. We originally planned on going to the zoo, but since the weather was so crummy, we had to come up with a new plan. We decided to head to the Garfield Park Conservatory. It was a great place for the kids to walk around and to check out all the crazy names of the plants.

Auntie Courtney asked for pigtails today, so this is what we gave her.

Our next stop was Molly's cupcakes. We each got a cupcake and they were delicious. The place was really cute. They had swings as their bar stools. The kids really loved that.

Final stop, back to Leamington for coloring eggs. Adeline had a good time and had stained hands for a few days afterward.
